Currently serves as director of several private companies in hotel management, retail, entertainment, restaurants, and sports. Also serves as Vice Mayor (Mayor's Advisor) for the Cheong Thale area.
Over 20 years of leadership experience specialising in enterprise value creation through restructuring, cost transformation, and disciplined capital allocation. Holds a master's degree in International and European Law and a bachelor's in Public Law, combined with deep expertise in US GAAP, IFRS, and USALI. Highly proficient in AI tools and data analytics for operational efficiency and financial transparency.
Over 8 years of experience in customer service, research and community management, alongside a background in marketing and operations management. Specializes in seamless, responsive client communication, coordinating between clients and advisors so every question is answered and every step is clear. Practical expertise in IT and AI tools for streamlined communication and operational efficiency. Holds a degree from the University of Economics and Management, Morocco. Fluent in English, French and Arabic.
